T&C SIZE EXCHANGE

- Submissions can only be made if there is an error from the seller and does not apply to color/model exchanges

- Request a size exchange no later than 2 days after the product is received with the tag still attached and the product has not been washed (please include an unboxing video)


- Returns of goods and funds can only be made if the product received by the buyer has a defect or sending error from the seller & is accompanied by an unboxing video

- When the product is received, if a defect is found not from outsol.id then the exchange process will be canceled & the product will be sent back to the buyer


NOTES

- Please pay attention to WAIST & HIPS size. Each person's waist & hip size may be different even with the same BB & TB (Don't be determined by the model size)

- Each trouser model has a different size, please match the size first before checking out

- Please allow a size difference of 2-3 cm due to the manual production process

- The color of the product in the photo & the original may be slightly different due to the camera / light during the photoshoot
