ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

William H. McRaven was born in 1955 in North Carolina, graduated from Texas University in 1977 and joined the Navy afterwards.

He was also the Director of Osama Bin Laden, catching Saddam Hussein, rescuing captain Phillips.

He took a break in 2014, after 37 years of military service. From February 2015 to 2018, he kept the captain of Texas University.

He won the place of the army on the Character list of the year voted by Time magazine in 2011. In 2012, William H. McRaven is named in the top 10 experts in diplomatic policies and 100 Global Thinker voted by Foreign Policy magazine.
