FLATHEAD BASIC THERMAL!

This thermal fabric features a distinctive textured surface.

These textures trap air, making it ideal for highly insulating innerwear. FLAT HEAD's thermals are knitted with an original waffle fabric.

The vertical honeycomb knit provides excellent horizontal stretch for a comfortable fit. It also resists vertical stretch and maintains its shape.

The original thermal fabric, knitted in a vertical honeycomb pattern, provides excellent horizontal stretch. This firm stretch allows for freedom of movement and a comfortable fit. The knit fabric's reduced vertical stretch also reduces stretching and shape loss.

These fabrics are sewn on a 1960s Union Special flat-seam machine, known for its ability to sew with cotton thread. Flat-seam stitching eliminates unevenness in the seams, ensuring a comfortable fit as "clothing that comes into contact with the skin."
