14CT Counted and 11CT Counted is a canvas unprinted fabric(nothing on the fabric,it is empty).
14CT Stamped and 11CT Stamped is a pre-printed fabric.
14CT type please use 2 strands threads,1 strands threads for back stitch.
11CT type please use 3 strands threads,2 strands threads for back stitch.
The pattern has been printed on the cloth(14CT Stamped or 11CT Stamped), so before finishing stitching, the cloth cannot touch water, otherwise the printed part will disappear.
After finishing stitching, put the cloth in water for half an hour, then make it dry, and then you can make a frame for it.

Answer:
The 11CT means there are 11 grids in one inch fabric, 14CT means there are 14 grids in one inch fabric. The same design the size of 14CT is smaller than 11CT.So,the same picture, the price of 14CT is cheaper than 11CT. But 11CT is better for eyes and easier to embroidery.
