- Size exchanges cannot be made if the buyer does not consult the size before purchasing
- size consultation is considered valid when the customer has informed the admin for Bust, Waist and Hip measurements with the correct size (because a measurement photo/video will be requested during exchange)
- size exchanges cannot be made if the order is custom color
- We will accept claims for damage/completeness of clothes if there is an unboxing video. (Video is considered valid if it is not edited and the unboxing video is done clearly)
- We cannot accept refund requests that are not caused by damage or negligence on Scarlette's part
