Description
Using a ratio of one bud two leaves, BAIMUDAN is the perfect balance of tender freshness and full bodied flavour. The least processed of all teas, white teas are made simply through gentle withering, and develop character through aging.

Flavour notes
Subtle fruity flavours of apricot, accentuated with woody undertones and refined aged aroma.

For the perfect brew
-Add 2.5g (~1 tsp) of loose leaves into a cup.
-Pour 90°C of hot water (~250ml).
-Let the leaves steep for 3 minutes.
-Can be brewed for 2 rounds.
