The EV-TEST100, used with compatible HT instruments, simulates an electric vehicle to verify the full functionality and electrical safety of EV charging stations (Modes 2 and 3, Type 2 connector – EU standard). Compatible with COMBIG2, COMBI521, MACROTESTG3, and includes COMBI521EV and MACROEVTEST.
Key Features:
• MECHANICAL INTERLOCK TEST
Simulates vehicle status to verify that the station locks the cable from status B.
• FAULT SIMULATION (PE & CP)
Simulate protective earth (PE) interruption and CP signal fault via selector knob.
• PWM SIGNAL MONITORING
Analyze charging mode and current encoding through PWM using the C100EV cable.
• CONTROL PILOT VERIFICATION
Simulate charging cable current ratings up to 63 A via PP knob.
• PROXIMITY PILOT TEST
Simulate various cable capacities up to 63 A (station-dependent).
