The Order : Please do not cancel or change the colour after the order has been arranged. All colours are custom mixed upon confirm order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not allowed as custom colours are difficult to resell and require time to find new buyers.

The Colour : The colour you see on your screenmight be slightly different according to the brightness and screen protector you apply on the screen.

The Packaging & Delivery :All paint products are packed carefully and securely prior to shipment. Each package is ensured to be in good condition, tightly sealed, and properly wrapped to minimize any risk during delivery. However, due to handling by third-party logistics (courier services), there may be instances where minor leakage or slight seepage occurs around the lid of the paint container during transit. Please be informed that such condition does not affect the quality, usability, or performance of the paint inside the container, and the product remains safe for normal use.

By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that :
- Minor external leakage or residue around the container lid may occur during delivery.
- Such condition is not considered a product defect.
- Colour variations between digital display and actual paint may occur.
- Returns will not be accepted for cases involving minor leakage or external cosmetic issues that do not affect the paint quality.

In the event that any platform independently approves or processes a return contrary to this disclaimer, such action shall be deemed a breach of this agreement by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to refuse any further transactions and/or dealings with the buyer in the future.
