7. Complaining about the item is only received at a maximum of 3 days after the item is received and must be included with video of the item in complaint without being cut off or edited.

1. All IBHGOLD Jewelry products can be sold back (buyback) to IBHGOLD Jewelry, or to other offline Jewelry stores reselling (buyback).
2. Transaction Reselling (buyback) to IBHGOLD Jewelry will be charged at the price of the product in size:
* For 6K, 8K gold levels, 9k price 10% off of invoice price
* For 16k, 17k, 21k and 23k gold levels 15% off price of invoice price

Conditions OF BUYBACK IBHGOLD Jewelry IF THE PRODUCT IS FLAW/DAMAGED:
-Before The product is delivered video the layout of product damage/defects for additional estimation of pieces outside IBHGOLD Jewelry buyback official pieces.
-The Terms of additional pieces we will assign and inform you according to the condition of the product we receive.
