How to Fry:
-To Fry rengginang, try with relatively a lot of oil with the right heat. Just a medium stove fire, because if it's small it will cook unevenly. if it's too big it makes the rengginang burn.
-First Frying, if you can just test 1 piece first, water the oil from the top, so that it cooks evenly, then turn it over.
-If You fry, it's best not to do a lot at once, because the rengginang has an impact occasionally in the Gongseng/turn it over so that it cooks perfectly.
-Just A few seeds according to the volume of oil, so that the quality of the rengginang is maintained.
